The implementation of“vaccine bubble” arrangement would be expanded to cover more venues from 24 February 2022, save for those exempted, all teaching and non-teaching staff, persons providing on-campus services and visitors of kindergartens will be required to present vaccination records of at least the first dose of COVID-19 vaccine prior to their entry into school premises. The aforesaid “vaccine bubble” arrangement does not apply to students.
